I enjoyed this story very much, from the beginning to the (rather abrupt and somehow weird) end. I particularly liked how the Queen Mom kept up with all the changes happening around her, rolling with the punches. At some points, the story got a bit over the top, e.g. when Charles falls in love with a "White Trash" neighbour, gets into a fight with a policeman, is taken to court, ends up in jail, manages to break free, and then, being a convicted criminal, is on the run for the rest of his life.. (?) But, on the other hand, the whole story is just a dream the Queen has on the eve of parliamentary elections, so who cares that much about plausibility and reason ;)
